We understand that you need a reliable service which is why you can choose either a 4 weekly or 8 weekly service and we provide you with a collection calendar so you can see exactly the date we will be there to collect! All that we ask is that if you ever don’t require a collection you let us know by text, phone or email by at least 6pm the day prior. If you do this you will not be charged for the collection that month and we simply skip your collection for another 4 weeks.
Each collection we will leave an invoice that states the next collection date and the amount currently owing. We appreciate prompt payment.
